We are proud to announce that GBPAY has successfully completed UN accreditation and is now registered with the 28 primary Organizations and Commissariats of the United Nations, Registration Number UNGM 601887.
We reiterate our commitment to the goals and principles of the United Nations Charter, which have proven their universal and timeless nature. Their relevance and ability to act as a source of inspiration are ever increasing as countries and nations become ever more interconnected and interdependent.
In our cooperation with the United Nations, we uphold the resolutions of all UN top-level conferences, which set a firm foundation for sustainable development and helped establish the outlines of our interaction. These include the United Nations Millennium Declaration, Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, Outcome documents of the Sustainable Development Summit, World Summit for Sustainable Development, International Conference on Population and Development, Beijing Platform for Action and the outcome document of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, outcome documents of the Fourth United Nations Conference on Least Development Countries, Third United Nations Conference on Small Island Developing States, Second United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, and the Third United Nations World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction.
We acknowledge the important role and open nature of the World Food Program and welcome the Rome Declaration on World Food Security and Framework Action Program.
We welcome the implementation of the Global Strategic Plan for Biodiversity 2011-2020, including Aichi Biodiversity Targets developed by the participants of the Biological Diversity Convention.
